A stretch of the Palisades Interstate Parkway has reopened in Rockland County after a serious crash early Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 8.

The north and southbound lanes were closed in Stony Point and detours were in place at the Long Mountain and Bear Mountain traffic circles before the roadway reopened.
